Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your TimeCounts account.
Delete Through the App
- 1Open the TimeCounts app
- 2Tap on the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar
- 3Select "Settings" from your profile page
- 4Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account"
- 5Read the warning message about permanent data deletion
- 6Confirm your choice by tapping "Delete My Account"
- 7Enter your password when prompted
- 8Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
Alternative: Contact Support
If you're having trouble accessing your account or prefer assistance with deletion:
- 1Send an email to support@timecounts.io
- 2Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
- 3Include your registered email address in the email body
- 4Our support team will process your request within 48 hours
Important Information
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- All your data will be permanently erased
- Any active subscriptions should be cancelled first
- Downloaded data should be backed up before deletion
